SKILL CLINICS

this 8 week training series features weekly 75-minute classes focused on breaking down and building the key fundamentals behind specific tumbling elements. athletes will develop strong technique and progress safely through thoughtfully designed drills centered on mastering foundational shapes.

whether you're looking to learn a new skill or refining one you already have, these clinics help strengthen body awareness, technical understanding and mind-muscle connection - empowering athletes to perform skills that look as good as they feel!

TEAM TRAINING

scheduled in 8-, 10-, or 12-week sessions, team training includes weekly 2-hour classes focused on technique-driven instruction. each class emphasizes skill deconstruction, application and conditioning - with a commitment to building strong, safe, and sharply synchronized tumbling skills.

this training is thoughtfully designed to elevate your team's execution and enhance performance quality to turn technical mastery into stand out moments on the mat!

PRIVATE LESSONS

available in 1:1 or small group settings, private lessons feature customized instruction that focuses on each athlete’s individual strengths, learning style, and areas of need.

 

private training offers more than just extra practice - small classes mean more reps of targeted spotting to reinforce proper technique. with the dedicated attention of private training, your athlete will  not only learn the skills they need to compete but also how to approach challenges with confidence, develop positive self-talk and build lifelong habits of resilience, body awareness and self esteem - both on and off the mat.
